COURT SAY MAKE IBINABO GO DO 5YEARS FOR PRISON FOR WHAT???

In 2005, pretty actress Ibinabo Fiberesima get one kain accident for Lekki-Epe Expressway for Lagos and one man follow the mata Waka. Tori say she commot from her lane go jam the car of one doctor, Giwa Suraj, who be staff of Lagos state hospital. Na so dem catch am say she no drive well carry am go court. The mata go court and Igbosere magistrate court say make she go do 5years for prison, dem come give am option of N100k. 

Na so Aunty Ibinabo beg the man family pay the N100k fine and she waka but Lagos state government no gree the fine, na so dem carry the mata go high court... The High Court say dem no try for the Magistrate court where dem for give am option of fine for Dat kain offence. Na so the High court throway the N100k fine say make Ibinabo go do 5 years for prison, say Dat kain offence under the law suppose do 7years for prison. Naso dem give her the100k back. So she and her lawyers carry the case go Appeal, say make dem throway judgment of the high court, make dem allow her pay the 100k back make everything end for there. But when the mata come up yesterday, March 11th, the court throway her appeal,  say the appeal no get head.
