CUTOMER BEAT SALES GIRL TILL SHE WEAK LIKE DODO FOR ABUJA

One Upper Area Court in Kuje in FCT on Tuesday don say make dem go keep one 38-year-old man, Sunday Nnamani for prison o on top say he beat one salesgirl enter coma. Dem charge Nnamani who dey stary for Union Homes for Kuje, say he assault, do mischief, woundjure persin and no gree make dem arrest am. Brfore, the prosecutor, Cpl. Ocheche Samuel, don yarn say Nnamani neighbour, one Mr Iwu  Amaefula na him go report the mata for Kuje Police Station on Nov. 4. He say the persin wey dem accuse plus another man wey dem never fit catch go buy provisions from Amaefula’s shop for Union Homes on Oct. 27 and dem refuse to pay the salesgirl. When the salesgirl come ask dem for her money, the accused, with that him yeye padi wey don run start to dey beat am, dem beat am so tey when the person wey go complain try put mouth dem dash am some beatings too na so Samuel yarn.

The prosecutor yarn say Nnamani break the reading glass of Mr. Samuel, break bottles, cups, plates and plastic chairs, everything wey cost N43, 000. Dem say when Police invite the accused he no even honour dem invitation. And everything wey he do dey against Sections 79, 262, 263,326, 240 and 172 of the Penal Code. The accused sha o, dey beg the court say he no dey guilty to the five-count things wey dem say he do. The judge, Mr Abdulahi Abdulkareem, adjourned the mata till Nov. 17 for hearing.
