He say as e be say 2015 budget go finish for March dis year, dem don dey plan to make sure say 2016 budget stand well before that time, and na dem bin no talk say dem don postpone the 2016 budget wetin dem talk be say, the February ending wey dem dey reason before fit no work, but even if the February ending no work, dem go make sure say dem arrange the 2016 budget wella before 2015 own finish for March dis year.
